Pam was very great at communicating when she didn’t have the exact flowers I wanted… Then she found them and let me know right away. It was important for the flowers to arrive that day due to a funeral. I heard the flowers were beautiful; however, I had asked in the remarks to have a picture of them texted to me before they were delivered – I always want to see what I am paying for. That is the only part that was disappointing.

I've used Pam's several times and she never disappoints. She has some of the most beautiful arrangements I have seen and her ability to customize is outstanding. Without a doubt I will continue to use her services to bring smiles to the faces of my friends and loved ones in the Phoenix area
