I was delighted by the experience. The toughest part was deciding what arrangement I wanted, since there were so many choices. The rest was easy. Interestingly, the unusual high temperature in Phoenix on Mother's Day caused the delivery person to call me concerned that my arrangement was going to be left in the sun since no one was home to accept deliver when the flowers were delivered. Collectively we came up with a solution. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and excellent customer service. Thank you Pam's Floral!
